San Carlos City receives hygiene kits and other items from University of St. La Salle- Bacolod

San Carlos City Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo received the various hygiene kits and other items donated by the University of St. La Salle- Bacolod represented by Jose Miguel Valmayor, this afternoon , Feb. 8. Said goods will be given to the victims of the flash flood at So. Medina, Brgy. Rizal.
