City Mayor inspects clean-up operations

San Carlos City Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo inspected the clean-up operation conducted by the engineering department on the waterways at St. Charles Subdivision in Brgy. 1, this morning, Feb. 15.
Said move was initiated due to the continuing rains that might bring more debris especially mud and sands that may clog up said waterways.
Said area in Brgy. 1 was one of those badly affected by the flash flood last month.
