Executive Order No. 45: Series of 2021

San Carlos City Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo issued Executive Order No. 45, s. 2021 – LIFTING OF THE “ODD-EVEN” SCHEME FOR MOTORCABS ON SPECIFIC DAYS, starting March 11, 2021.
Mayor Gustilo orders that motorcabs may now operate on a daily basis, provided that operators/drivers strictly follow the mandatory health protocols and safety precautions.
He further orders that motorcabs and pedicabs may no longer use plastic barriers within their units.
