A total of 225 BHERTS consisting of brgy officials, brgy tanods and health workers were already vaccinated. Two brands of vaccines were used in the said vaccination- 222 used Sinovac while the 3 used Aztrazeneca.

Dr. Jessa Tiapon, Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Vaccine Deputy Vice Chair said that they will not accept walk-in applicants for the next priority population group to be vaccinated; by then applicants should pre-register online thru vamos app.

Carlita Villarosa, 48 years old, Barangay Health Worker of Barangay Rizal said that earlier she had many apprehensions about getting the vaccine due to various speculations but she realized she needed to be inoculated against COVID-19 since her work is about assisting people. She added that people should not be afraid of the vaccine because it only works to protect against the Covid-19.

The said vaccination for BHERTS started last month.
