San Carlos City Acquires New Vehicles for PNP and CEMO

The city government of San Carlos acquires brand new vehicles for the use of the San Carlos City-PNP and the City Environment Management Office (CEMO) inspected by City Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo and Vice-Mayor Christopher Paul S. Carmona yesterday, June 28, 2021.

The city purchased 1 unit 4×2 and 1 unit 4×4 Toyota Hilux Double Cab as PNP patrol cars with fabricated housing, police signal lights, medicine cabinets, grab handles and front winch and which can pull 8000-lb objects. Said 2 vehicles are worth P5M aimed at bolstering the efforts in safeguarding peace and order situations of the city.

The city also acquired brand new Street Sweeper Truck to be used in cleaning the city streets. The said truck has sweep-vacuum capable of absorbing garbage and automatically loaded to its dustbin inside the truck and can eject water that will reduce dust generation during its sweeping operation. Said truck worth P7.49M funded thru the CEMO and from the 20 percent development fund will be under the care of the CEMO.
