PDEA certifies Barangay 4 as drug-cleared barangay

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agencies (PDEA) Negros Occidental turns over the certificate of Drug Cleared Barangay to the city thru City Administrator Atty. Estefanio Libutan Jr. , March 9 at the City Administrator’s Office.

Negros Occidental PDEA Provincial Officer Jyxyvzcky Escrupolo handed the certificate following the compliance of Barangay 4 in November 2021 for the drug-free barangay especially with the parameters provided for Section 8 of the Dangerous Drugs Board Regulation Number 3, Series of 2017.
Escrupolo also handed out a copy of the Regional Oversight Committee Resolution of the Barangay Drug Clearing Program (BDCP) Resolution No. 11-034, s. 2021 to Ana Liza Macaraya, San Carlos City Anti-Drug Abuse Council Secretariat where she also gave the BDCP Operations Manual to the supplement agencies involved in the operations namely the Department of the Interior and Local Government, Philippine National Police – San Carlos, City Health Office and City Social Welfare and Development Office.
