As we celebrate Vamos Cares’ second anniversary, the Information Technology and Computer Services Office (ITCSO) would like to present a playbook, which proudly showcases its accomplishments over the past two successful and productive years.
This Digital City San Carlos playbook series also highlights ITCSO’s priority projects anchored on the current administration’s Executive and Legislative Agenda for the years 2023 – 2025.
With all this progress, however, also come the struggles of implementing critical, long-term projects due to limited resources. Thus, this series also seeks to provide local government leaders with a practical resource for imagining tailored solutions for e-Government towards realizing a DIGITAL and SMART San Carlos City.
