Local Under 12, Champion in Volleyball

The San Carlos Team emerged champion in the 12 Under Girls & Boys categories against Cadiz City Team in the 2022 Pintaflores age group invitational volleyball tournament which started Nov. 9-11 at City Auditorium.
In the 15 under boys category, Cadiz Team was the champion, followed by the Loyal Team of Silay City as the first runner while the San Carlos Team was, the second runner-up.
The Holy Trinity of Bacolod City Christian School also won the championship in the 15under-girls category followed by the San Carlos Team as first-runner-up.
Team Loyal of Silay City also won as champion in the 18 under boys category, followed by San Carlos Team as first runner-up and Cadiz Team as the second runner-up.
Meanwhile, the Holy Trinity Christian School in Bacolod City also entered the championship in the 18under-girls category followed by the San Carlos Team as the first runner-up.
Irene Rose N. Gustilo, Executive Assistant & daughter of Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo and Jesus Facundo Combate, Officer-In-Charge of the City’s Sports Office gave the trophies and cash prizes to the winners.
Aside from San Carlos City, the 14 participating teams also came from the Cities of Bacolod, Silay, Cadiz, La Carlota, Bago, Himamaylan, and the Municipalities of Binalbagan and Calatrava.
