Among the team sports where said association won gold medals against the Manapla Cadiz Sagay (MaCaSa) Association are as follows: Basketball Boys Secondary 3×3 (Municipality of Toboso), Basketball Girls Secondary 5X5 (Escalante City), Basketball Girls Secondary (San Carlos City), Baseball Boys Secondary (Escalante City), Softball Girls Elementary (San Carlos City), Softball Girls Secondary (Escalante City), Futsal Girls Secondary (San Carlos City), Football Elementary and Secondary (San Carlos City), Volleyball Boys Elementary (Escalante City), and Sepak Takraw Boys Elementary (Escalante City).
The City Auditorium, Colegio de Sto. Tomas-Recoletos Quadrangle and Covered Court, Brgy. 4 Covered Court, and SJRI Football Pitches were the venues of the seven team sports.
Arnold Mancao, Education Program Supervisor of DepEd’s School Governance and Operations Division, said the Cluster Meet was held to decongest the number of athletes and participating teams for the provincial meet and to lessen the disruption of classes.
Mancao added winners will compete in the upcoming Palarong Panlalawigan 2023 on March 30-April 2 in Panaad Park and Stadium, Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City.
