PESO Manager Mariel M. Avenir; Jose Larry P. Sortegosa, Clerk 1; and PESO staff Francis Paul P. Margaha and Melinda T. Ortigas were the resource persons of the orientation who discussed the PESO including the legal basis, objectives, core function, services of PESO, Pre-Employment Orientation Seminar (PEOS), career coaching and personalities of students.
Avenir said the program aimed at giving ideas and assisting students incapable of going to college, seeking employment, and are still confused about what courses to take up in college that suit their skills.
Kimberly M. Vergara, an 18-year-old student under the Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) strand said the orientation helped in guiding them to find a job and on their plans.
Fernando P. Ponting Jr., Grade 12 Sapphire Adviser, and Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Chairman thanked the PESO for said career coaching.
