City Provides New Vehicle to Philippine Army

The local government of San Carlos City equipped the 303rd Infantry Brigade, 31st Division of the Philippine Army (PA) with a new 2023 Toyota Hilux vehicle.
The said vehicle funded at P1,552,000 thru CMO capital outlay, CY 2022- Peace and Order Fund, was formally turned over by San Carlos City Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo to Brigade Commander Colonel Orlando Edralin, after its blessing this morning, April 4.
Edralin said the vehicle will be used in various security activities in the city and in the assessment of the five projects of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC).
He also thanked the local government for the new vehicle and assured to take care of it.
He added the PA will coordinate with the local government on the status of NTF-ELCAC-funded projects.
City Vice Mayor Christopher Paul Carmona; Representative of the 1st District of Negros Occidental Gerardo P. Valmayor Jr.; SP Members Jeffrey Hidalgo, Armando Laguda Jr. and Benito Gustilo; City Administrator Atty. Estefanio Libutan Jr.; CDRRM Officer Joe Recalex Alingasa Jr.; and PLTCOL. Jesus Mesahon Jr. were present during the turnover.
