QNHS Started 10-day Work Immersion in San Carlos City Hall

The students from Quezon National Highschool (QNHS) started their 10-day work immersion in the different offices of the local government unit of San Carlos City today, April 11.
At least 28 students in Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS), and Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM), are assigned at the City Social Welfare and Development Office, Business Permit and Licensing Office, Public Employment Service Office, Tourism Office, City Treasurer’s Office, and City Engineering Office.

Pablo Magbanua Jr., Principal l of QNHS, said the experiences that they will learn from LGU will be a good start to expose students to the real work once they graduate from Senior Highschool.
Magbanua was also thankful to LGU of San Carlos for catering to them to conduct work immersion for their students.
Reymar Macabodbod, a Grade 12-STEM Student said that he chose the STEM strand because he wants to be an architect; he hoped to gain more knowledge from mentors to help him enhance his communication skills.
Luzviminda Porquez, OHRM records Officer II led the orientation of students about their duties and responsibilities during their work immersion inside assigned offices.
