City Planning and Development Coordinator Engr. Magnolia Antonio, the CED OIC, led the department in the said coordination meeting where among the ongoing projects deliberated were the rehabilitation of rip-rap from Park Marina to People’s Park Rotunda; construction of drainage system in the rural areas along Phase 8, Stage 1 of the relocation site in Brgy. Rizal; installation of additional drainage pipes along Endrina St., Brgy. II; road concreting along the portion of a road in between Purok Molave and St. Vincent Subdivision; Improvement of So. Pinamantawan Road Brgy. Quezon; concreting of Brgy Codcod Public Market; the road from crossing Codcod Proper to Codcod Elem. School, the road along Iliranan to So. Apog-apog, along So. Bayongonan Suwa Road in Brgy. Quezon, and So. Lupao to So. Lagha Road; rehabilitation/extension of Brgy. Quezon Multi-Purpose Hall; construction of multi-purpose drying pavement in front of So. Nangka Health Center, Brgy Bagonbon; rehabilitation of roadside protection and improvement of cross drain system of So. Pagbatangan, Brgy. Bagonbon; and construction of Brgy. San Juan Covered Court with stage.
Engr. Antonio said they held the coordination meeting to inform the mayor of the developments of the various projects in the city since he has a hectic schedule and won’t be able to constantly monitor every project.
She also hoped to hold a meeting every month.
City Assessor James Silva, City Accountant Jose Venfort Legaria, CPA, and City Administrator Atty. Estefanio Libutan Jr., were also present during the meeting.
