Officer-in-Charge of the City Agriculture Ricardo C. Panunciar said the facility serves as a training and seminar venue for farmer cooperatives and associations.
He added the facility is strategically constructed in the said area so farmers of Barangays Quezon, Codcod, and Nataban can easily access the necessary services.
Panunciar also encouraged farmers to avail the free programs of the government such as animal dispersal; provision of cacao, coconut, coffee, and mango seedlings; peanut seeds; vegetable seeds, and organic fertilizers offered by their office.
