LOOK: San Carlos City Department Heads and employees, with the Pintaflores Dance Company, led the early mob dance for the surprise greeting on the 57th birthday of City Vice Mayor Christopher Paul S. Carmona this morning, April 28, at the city hall lobby.
Carmona emotionally thanked City Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo and the people behind the surprise. He also wished to bring better service to the public in the future.
