CSWDO, SCCADAC Monitor Rehab Graduates

The City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) and San Carlos City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (SCCADAC) continue their house-to-house monitoring for the Community Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP) graduates of Brgy. Buluangan from April 24-27, 2023.
Of the 108 graduates who finished their intensive CBDRP from January 26 to February 9 and March 6-10, 2023, only 36 submitted themselves for the interview and drug test.
Lavern T. Rigor, CBDRP Focal Person and CSWDO Social Welfare Officer II said, the result of their recent monitoring will help determine the kind of attention they will give to the status of the CBDRP beneficiaries until the 2-year aftercare ends.
She added they will recommend beneficiaries who completely changed and avoided the use of illegal drugs to their barangay and local government for work and skills training upon availability.
