LOOK: San Carlos City Mayor Renato Gustilo and other mayors of the pilot local government units implementing the Local Governance Reform Project (LGRP) inked the Memorandum of Agreement with Sec. Benjamin Diokno of the Department of Finance and Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) today, May 11, 2023, at the PICC Complex, Pasay City, Manila.

City Assessor James Silva, OIC Assistant City Treasurer Ray John Lim, Information Technology Officer II Joseph Binghay, and Information System Analyst Felix Michael Oberes of the Information Technology and Computer Services Office were also present during the MOA signing.
