RAYA Football Club from Manila arrived in the city and dropped by my office yesterday for the Summer Camp and Football Festival.
Me and Vice Mayor Criston Carmona warmly welcomed the visitors, together with Board Member Pocholo Yuvienco and SK federation President JB Spring Bacurnay.
