PDLs Offer Free Foot Care to Visitors

The Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) of the San Carlos City District Jail (SCCDJ) offered their visitors free foot reflexes, manicures, and pedicures yesterday, May 13.
Said event was the output of the 20 PDLs (15 women, 5 men) who underwent the training on said services on May 9-12, 2023, and as part of BJMPs Mother’s Day celebration.
Senior Jail Officer 2 Danny Goboli, Assistant Warden, said the Social Action Center-Diocese of San Carlos thru Rev. Fr. Ricky Deboso, facilitated the training.
He added the acquired skills would be the PDLs’ source of income once released from prison.
Goboli also thanked Fr. Deboso and the local government (LGU)-San Carlos, headed by Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo, for the support.
