Peñaflor who also bagged the Best in Talent during the search held at the Ayala Malls Capitol Central, Bacolod City, last May 19 paid courtesy to San Carlos City Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo yesterday, May 22, 2023.

 

She was accompanied by her parents, Germalyn Abella and Richell Peñaflor; Cluster Supervisor Mildred Marapo; City Links Erwina Soltis, PDO II; and Jessa Lee Acasio, PDO II.

 

Penaflor, a Grade 4-SPA student of Tandang Sora Elementary School (TSES) and the youngest among the 14 contestants, received a plaque and cash prize from the Department of Social Welfare and Development-4Ps Provincial Link Office.

 

Soltis is grateful to the local government for the support of the 4Ps program and the LGU’s entry to the contest.

 

She also thanked Principal Belinda Teo and the teachers of TSES and PSDS Cris De Asis.

 

Cadiz City representative emerged as the champion, while Bacolod City was the second runner-up.

 

The Search for Exemplary Pantawid Pamilya Children showcases the 4Ps model student beneficiaries who excel in their respective homes, schools, and communities.
