City Opens VAMOS Helpdesk

Public queuing for their queries and updates on their VAMOS App, Vaccination Cards, VaxCertPH certificates and other
concerns at the City Hall lobby, October 11

San Carlos City thru the Information Technology & Computer Services Office (ITCSO) opens its helpdesk for the Viral Assessment and Monitoring System (VAMOS) App at City Hall Lobby.

Felix Michael F. Oberes, Information Systems Analyst of ITCSO said that they have linked the ongoing vaccination (Resbakuna) of the City Health Office to the VAMOS Helpdesk where they are now catering the production of the vaccination cards and VaxCertPH Certificates for travel purposes.
Oberes explained that the city needs to ensure the authenticity of the vaccination cards by generating Quick Response (QR) codes per registrant as a proof of validity for said app since the generic vaccination card given by the City Health Office can be falsified.
He also mentioned that the helpdesk and VAMOS app is open for the general public and visitors of the city since the said app is not only for local registration but also a contact tracing app that the city has been using during this time of the pandemic
He added that aside from the vaccination card the helpdesk is also open for the registration of the VAMOS Identity Document (ID) and Resbakuna; downloading and updating of VAMOS app; reset of VAMOS Accounts and other VAMOS related concerns.
Currently, the VAMOS App has already registered 109,876 individuals and establishments.
