San Carlos City gets CSC PRIME-HRM Awards

San Carlos City gets the Civil Service Commission PRIME-HRM (Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management) Awards. The award aims to elevate the standard of human resource management (HRM).  The CSC  also assesses the government agency’s systems, practices, and competencies of its Human Resource Management Office based on four core HRM systems, namely, recruitment, selection and placement; performance management; learning and development; and rewards and recognition.

The award was received by Cong. Gerardo P. Valmayor Jr., City Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo and Acting City Administrator Atty. Ma. Chat Delima-Cordero also the current department head of Office for Human Resource Management.
The award was given by CSC Chair Alicia dela Rosa-Bala, Comm. Leopoldo Roberto W. Valderosa Jr and  Comm. Aileen Lourdes A. Lizada during 2019 Public Sector HR Symposium on 24 July 2019 at the Philippine International Convention Center, Pasay City.
