On the other hand, the SCT, KAPATIRAN and OPAPP representatives settled an issue on three claimants who have been occupying the lands within the identified Peace and Development Community (PDC) site in So. Nangka, Barangay Bagonbon.
Jayson Encinares, Peace Project Officer III of OPAPP said an internal agreement between the claimants and KAPATIRAN will be accomplished while relocation of boundaries will be set next week giving the claimants opportunity to use the lands but prohibited them from expanding beyond their cultivated areas.
