PNP Launches CARE Infodemic Drive in Barangay Three
The Philippine National Police (PNP)-San Carlos City launched the COVID-19 Awareness Response and Empowerment (CARE) Infodemic Drive at Brgy. 3, yesterday Jan. 20, 2021.

Said activity held at the brgy. hall and attended by at least 30 Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) members of said barangay aimed at raising awareness and correcting wrong information/news about the corana virus disease-2019 (COVID-19); helping fight its spread and ensure safety of families within the community.
PSSG Mark Marmito discussed about corona virus and the BIDA Solusyon sa COVID-19, a campaign of the Department of Health (DOH) that encourages change in the individual’s behavior in the fight against the said virus.
BIDA is simplified into four letters which means: B- Bawal walang mask; I-I-sanitize ang mga kamay, iwas hawak sa mga bagay; D-Dumistansiya ng isang metro; and, A-Alamin ang totoong impormasyon.
On the other hand, PMSG Marlon Amorsolo talked about the different kinds of drugs; its ill effects; PNP Operational Thrust against illegal drugs; salient provisions of R.A. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 among others.
Nova Cabaluna, 4Ps Parent Leader, and Rosemarie Pamilar, VAWC Desk Officer, thanked the local PNP for their effort in sharing various inputs which they can also share and impart to their neighbors.
