To cater the needs of entrepreneurs in acquiring business permits in a most convenient way, the local government of San Carlos has started its “Business-One-Stop-shop” (BOSS) once again at the City Hall lobby, January 4, 2016.

As usual, different offices including City Treasurer’s Office for issuance of annual residence certificates (cedula) and other fees, City Health Office for sanitary permits and health certificates, Philippine National Police for Police clearances; Bureau of Internal Revenue and City Mayor’s Office for Mayor’s Permit among others set up tables for those individuals who wanted to obtain or renew their permits for certain establishments, pedicab/motorcab operation, fishing and other commercial enterprises.

Other offices which have involvement also in acquiring other documents during said activity are City Planning & Development Office, City Engineering Department, SP Office, City Assessor’s Office, Register of Deeds, Public Market & Slaughterhouse Department, Bureau of Fire Protection, City Waterworks Department and City Environment Management Office.

BOSS is open to the public during weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM throughout the month of January.

The Business Permits & Licensing Office (BPLO) is the leading agency authorized to assist payees/taxpayers on the guidelines and other matters pertaining to business permits.

On the other hand, for those who haven’t started to get forms, one may visit for downloadable forms or get one at the main entrance of the City Hall lobby.
