The newly deployed Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) personnel paid courtesy to San Carlos City Mayor Renato Y. Gustilo and City Vice Mayor Christopher Paul Carmona this afternoon, Feb. 7.

Sancarloseño Jail Inspector Mary Jane Zamora and Jail Officers Dharyl Elare, Noel Villaester, Joemar Villacencio, and Ruel Mansueto were assigned to the San Carlos City District Jail starting Jan. 8, 2024.

Zamora was previously assigned as Inmate Welfare and Development Chief at Marikina City Jail; Elare, Villaester, Villacencio, and Mansueto recently graduated from BJMP training.

Mayor Gustilo said he entrusted them with the facility’s care and operation for the PDL’s welfare.

Zamora said she plans to work on the facility’s development, including its personnel.

Jail Chief Inspector Felix Sariana, Jail Inspector Jose Roberto Mapa, and Senior Jail Officer 2 Danny Goboli accompanied the group during their courtesy visit.
