Instructions:

1. Visit www.sancarloscity.gov.ph or use your VAMOS Cares Mobile Application
2. Click on e-GOV Services, choose ONLINE BILLING AND PAYMENT and click REALTY TAX ONLINE BILLING AND PAYMENT
3. Fill in your personal and contact details for Contact Verification. An email with a One-Time-Password (OTP) will be sent to you.
4. Check your email for a 6-digit validation key. If not received, click resend code. Enter the OTP to proceed.
5. Please enter a valid Tax Declaration No. of your real property.
6. Review your billing information and click confirm payment. You may opt so select the year and quarter to pay by clicking the “Pay Option” button.
7. Please confirm and fill up name and address of the Payer for your electronic Official Receipt. Click Continue to proceed for payment.
8. Check the box to agree to terms and payment then click the Link.Biz.Portal icon and click the “Proceed Payment” button.
9. You’ll be redirected to Link.Biz.Portal. Choose payment mode and enter your account details.
10. Once payment is done, you will receive an email of your electronic receipt.
