LOOK: San Carlos City Public Library offers Valentine’s Day treats for all ages today, February 14.

Visitors and guests of the library are welcomed with free coffee, a photo snap at their love corner, either with a partner or solo and the first 50 library visitors will receive complimentary chocolates.
