LOOK: Negros Occidental Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson led the ringing of the bell which signified the official opening of the 28th Panaad sa Negros Festival today, April 15, at the Panaad Park and Stadium, Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City.

Board Members Jeffrey Tobola and Andrew Montelibano, Provincial Tourism Officer Cheryl Decena, and SK Provincial President Mayvelyn Madrid joined Gov. Lacson in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the PGNO and Multi Sectoral Alliance for Development (MUAD) Trade Fair, Food Alley, Livelihood and Food Fair, and Livestock and Dairy Fair Exhibit which followed after the ringing of bell.
