Click on e-GOV Services and choose NEW BUSINESS APPLICATION
If applying for the first time, select Create New Application; otherwise, choose Resume Pending Application.
Fill in your personal and contact details for Contact Verification. An email with a One-Time-Password (OTP) will be sent to you.
Check your email inbox or spam for a 6-digit validation key. If not received, click resend code. Enter the OTP to proceed.
Confirm agreement to terms and conditions for data privacy by checking “Yes.”
Choose your organization type and click next.
Enter business registration details (Business Name, Trade Name, DTI Registration No., Date Issued), then click submit.
Save the tracking number for later use to resume a pending application.
Click next and provide personal details, business address, line of business, business information, upload required documents and submit the application
