At least 230 Child Development Centers (CDC) preschoolers in Barangay Rizal completed their daycare service program today, June 6, at the San Carlos City Auditorium.

Social Welfare Aide and Day Care Officer Dorcas Deogracias of CSWDO said the completers consisted of 73 children from San Juan Village CDC, 60 from Phase 4 CDC, 20 from Villa Consuelo CDC, 17 from Katiclan CDC, 14 from Rizal Proper CDC and 46 from Fatima CDC, ages 4-5 years old.

Social Welfare Officer II Lavern T. Rigor, Social Welfare Aide Dorcas Deogracias, Barangay Rizal Kagawad Chair on Education Leona Tabornal led the distribution of certificates to the completers.

Tabornal encouraged parents to support their children in starting their early achievement.

The City Social Welfare and Development Office facilitated the moving up ceremony for the preschoolers.
