LOOK: San Carlos City Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM) Council, headed by Mayor Renato Gustilo, deliberated on the guidelines on the declaration of a state of calamity in the city seeing the situation of the 4 sectors, productive, social, infrastructure, and cross-sectoral during its special meeting, yesterday afternoon, May 6, at 10.9 Function Hall.

The council also discussed measures such as clearing waterways of debris before the weather shifts to La Niña that may cause massive flooding.
