LOOK: Winning participants of Colegio de Sto. Tomas-Recoletos (CST-R) at the ICIA 2024 paid courtesy to Mayor Renato Gustilo today, May 8, and presented their awards namely Silver, Titanium, and the Grand Award at the International Creativity and Innovation Award (ICIA) 2024.

Accompanying them were CST-R School President Rev. Fr. Cristopher C. Maspara, OAR, CST-R School Principal Marinel Ocampo, and faculty members.

Executive Assistant IV Airene Noel Gustilo, Executive Assistant III Pocholo C. Yuvienco, City DRRM Officer Joe Recalex C. Alingasa Jr., City Accountant Jose Venfort L. Legaria, and Acting City Treasurer Ray John D. Lim were also present to discuss the proposal of giving a prototype of the students’ project, Viable Arduino-Based River Water Level Monitoring System (VAMoS) to the city DRRM in order to help monitor flooding in the city.
