Instructions:

1. Visit www.sancarloscity.gov.ph or use your VAMOS Cares Mobile Application
2. Click on e-GOV Services and choose RENEW BUSINESS APPLICATION
3. If applying for the first time, select Create New Application; otherwise, choose Resume Pending Application.
4. Fill in your personal and contact details for Contact Verification. An email with a One-Time-Password (OTP) will be sent to you.
5. Check your email for a 6-digit validation key. If not received, click resend code. Enter the OTP to proceed.
6. Enter your Business Identification Number (BIN) and click Next.
7. Verify your business information and click next.
8. Confirm agreement to terms and conditions for data privacy by checking “Yes.”
9. A new permit application will be created, Save the tracking number for later use to resume a or follow-up a pending application.
10. Click next to review and edit the general business information, upload required documents and submit the application.
