Today, on March 4, 2024, the pilot testing of the DSWD Management Information System in the registration and issuance of PVC ID Cards for our government employees started at the VAMOS HelpDesk. This initiative is a collaboration between the Information Technology & Computer Services Office (ITCSO) and the Department of Social Welfare & Development (DSWD).

The DSWD Management Information System, a new system developed by the resident programmers of ITCSO, is specifically designed for Sancarloseños and focuses on managing the data of our vulnerable sectors: Solo Parent, Person With Disability, and Senior Citizens. The primary goal of this system is to facilitate membership processes and the issuance of PVC identification cards.

Disclaimer to our registrants:

1. This serves as a pilot testing for the DSWD Management Information System, exclusively intended for LGU Employees. Further announcements regarding the start of mass registration will be made after the approval of the Executive Order.

2. The VAMOS HelpDesk can be found on the Ground Floor of the City Hall building, adjacent to the City Assessor’s Office.

3. Registration will start from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
