LOOK: The St. Dominic College of Asia in Bacoor, Cavite honored the spectacular Pintaflores Festival of San Carlos City by using its concept in their celebration of their 2024 Kulayawan Festival last Monday, May 20, 2024.
Students from the five competing schools in the said place put a twist and creativity into San Carlos City’s vibrant and high-energy PintaFlores dance and used it as the theme of their festival.
