LOOK: San Carlos City Environment Management Office (CEMO) held another clean-up drive early this morning, Feb. 3 at So. Galicia Barangay 5 in line with the local celebration of World Wetlands Day.
At least 23 sacks of residual waste mostly fishing nets, discarded clothes and sacks, washed-out woods, food wrappers and diapers were collected at the said area.
